A beautiful and well built building, consisting of studios and apartments, 30m from Genadi  village, and 400 Meters from Genadi Beach. The apartments consist of one separated bedroom for  two persons and an additional sleeping area separated by a half wall from the kitchen area. They have a kitchenette and a bathroom with W/C shower.

Studios for 2-3 persons consist of a sleeping area separated by a half wall from the living room/kitchen area with a kitchenette and W/C w/shower. All Studios and apartments are Fully Air Conditioned are with side sea view and balconies. On the ground floor you will find a bar that is run by the owners family. All rooms are cleaned 6 times a week, towels and linens cleaned twice a week or when necessary.

Genadi

Genadi is located about 12 km south of Lindos. It is surrounded by beautiful  countryside and beaches. The beach is situated on the extensive Genadi Bay. It is one of the best beaches on the island. There you will find umbrellas, Sun-beds, water-sports, small bars, restaurants and taverns that serve cool and refreshing drinks and traditional Greek food is served at the taverns. 

Genadi beach is the favorite beach for the local people and it is not as touristy as other beaches. If you are looking for an unspoiled and peaceful type of resort, then Genadi village and beach is your best choice! 

Genadi Village, only 400m from Genadi beach, is a charming traditional and modern Greek village with many old and new houses. The many taverns, Tourist shops, and cafes, are located on one of the narrow, center village streets.  Genadi also offers all the facilities you would expect in a modern holiday destination. There are doctors surgery, dentist, pharmacy, hairdresser, exchange facilities, international telephone network, news agent, and car, motorbike, & bicycle hire. The village is located 18 Km from Lindos Town, and 65 Km from Rodos Town; either can be easily reached via taxi or local buses.

By day, organized excursions are available to Lindos Town, and the Acropolis of Lindos, Rodos old Town and castle, trips around the island, and to the ruins at ancient Kamiros and various Monasteries and ancient churches. Sailing trips are also available to neighboring islands and to Marmaris in Turkey. All excursions can be quickly and easily booked through us.  Shopping trips to Rodos Town can also be easily done by local bus or taxi. Or sit in the many cafés and enjoy the traditional Greek coffee or taste the various mouth watering Greek dishes which are served in the local restaurants. 

By night, local bars and clubs light up the night with both Greek and contemporary music. Many of the bars also offer satellite TV where you can watch local and international sporting events. Or enjoy long moonlight walks along the beach.
