Villa Praxithea-Chalki Island
 



 

This villa is located on the sea front of the island of Chalki. Chalki is a small island just a few miles from the coast of the island of Rhodes.
The villa is sourrounded by traditional houses, scattered around a picturesque harbour of the island, called Nimborio.
The villa includes two different apartments.


 Ground Floor Apartment:  It can accommodate up to 8 persons. This apartment has got  a hall which leads to three bedrooms and a bathroom, a big living room (about 23 sq. meters) which includes the kitchen and another separate bedroom with a WC.


Upper Floor Apartment: It can accommodate up to 6 persons. It has got  3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen in it.
All furniture and appliances are new and modern.

- Air condition use is extra and arranged locally.
- All rates are intended per accommodation unit (NOT per person), per night, tax inclusive.
- Maid service is included unless otherwise stated
